Role DescriptionThis is afull-time, on-site positionbased inBengalurufor anElectrical Design Engineer . The candidate will be responsible fordesigning electrical control systemsand preparing detailed engineering documentation, includingBOMs (Bill of Materials), DAPs (Design Approval Packages), IO lists, and wiring diagrams . The role also involvesdeveloping panel layouts, power distribution designs, and schematic drawingsusing tools such asEPLANandAutoCAD . The Electrical Design Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, review technical specifications, ensure compliance withindustry standards , and contribute to theoptimization and standardizationof electrical designs for automation and control projects. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop electrical control panels and wiring diagrams. Prepare detailedBOMs ,IO lists ,cable schedules , andterminal plans . Create and manageEPLAN or AutoCADdrawings for electrical design documentation. DevelopDesign Approval Packages (DAP)and ensure documentation accuracy. Coordinate with mechanical, software, and project teams to ensure seamless integration. Review and interpret technical specifications, standards, and client requirements. Support testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities when required. Ensure all designs comply withindustrial standards and safety regulations . QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or Diploma inElectrical Engineeringor a related field. Proven experience inelectrical designwithinautomation or control systemsindustries. Strong knowledge ofBOM preparation, IO list creation, DAP documentation , andEPLAN/AutoCAD design . Proficiency inEPLAN ,AutoCAD Electrical , or equivalent electrical design tools. Strong understanding ofpower distribution ,control circuits , andindustrial standards . Excellentproblem-solving skills ,attention to detail , anddocumentation accuracy . Goodcommunication skills in Englishand ability to work effectively in a team. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
