As an animator, we’ll be depending on you to create stunning visuals that can captivate our prospects and current customers alike.Your duties will include developing image and video assets for marketing initiatives, including video advertising, product/ explainer videos and prerolls.ResponsibilitiesBelow are some of the responsibilities an animator is expected to undertake in their position. Visualize & Design storyboardsAccurately use company branding assets (incl. Colors, fonts, etc.) to:Develop completed and high-quality animations, in a timely mannerDevelop expressive images and video for clients while working with other creativesAdvise best practices throughout the design projects for example:Common errors to point out in the design and animation QA processes.Work with a wide range of media, after effects, graphic design, and animation softwareManage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictionsAdhere to voice and messaging specifications for animated piecesAccept and work with feedback to create on-brand deliverables at every stage of workJob Qualifications and Skill SetsBachelor’s degree or higher in Fine Arts, 3D animation, and a related creative field OR four years of relevant professional experienceProficiency in computer animation programs such as Adobe Suite, Media EncoderExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMinimum of four years experience in animationAttention to detailIdeally, you have a portfolio of related work across several creative projectsStrong analytical and technical skills along with artistic talentTime management and organizational skillsKnowledge of layouts, animation fundamentals, special effects, and typographyExperience with both print and digital mediaPortfolioWe’d love to see your more recent and most captivating work. Please include at least one piece of work from the past 12 months.
