About the Role :


As a DevOps Experience, you'll play a pivotal role in automating our software delivery lifecycle and managing our infrastructure on AWS. You'll collaborate with engineers to design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and leverage your skills with the ELK Stack and containerization technologies to ensure efficient logging and monitoring.

Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and maintain the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and OpenSearch, including Grok source code configuration.

- Build and manage ELK clusters for centralized logging and develop plugins for Logstash filters.

- Collaborate with teams to deliver solutions on AWS utilizing various architectures like serverless, microservices, IaaS, PaaS, and containerized deployments.

- Develop reusable and parameterized Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates using Terraform and CloudFormation for automated deployment of AWS resources.

- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, and CodePipeline.

- Integrate third-party tools (i.e., SonarQube) seamlessly into your CI/CD processes.

- Configure and manage environments using industry-standard tools like Ansible.

- Automate build, deployment, and monitoring processes with scripting languages such as Bash or Python.

- Manage and troubleshoot Windows and Linux-based systems within the AWS environment.

- Install, configure, and manage various tools within the AWS cloud.

Desired Skills :

- 1+ years of experience in DevOps, AWS cloud, and the ELK Stack

- Strong expertise in open-source technologies

- Experience in full-stack base application deployment and CI/CD pipelines


- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using the AWS cloud-native toolset (i.e. , CodePipeline)

- Solid understanding of container infrastructure (ECS, EKS, Kubernetes) and Docker

- Experience implementing cloud security best practices in AWS

- Ability to build independent web-based tools, microservices, and solutions

- Proficiency in writing scripts and automation using Bash, Python, Groovy, or Java

- Experience configuring and managing database services like MySQL, Postgres, and Elasticsearch

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)

Bonus Points :

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like CloudFormation or Terraform beyond AWS

- Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes

- Experience with cloud-based monitoring and logging tools beyond the ELK Stack
