We manage a curated portfolio of high-end villas and boutique apartments, delivering seamless stays and elevated guest experiences across Goa.Our team is young, fast-paced, and growth-focused—we value ownership, efficiency, innovation, and a guest-first mindset.If you’re passionate about hospitality and thrive in a dynamic, guest-centric environment, you’ll feel right at home with us.💼 Key ResponsibilitiesReservations & Guest CommunicationManage daily reservations across OTAs (Airbnb, MMT, Goibibo), PMS, WhatsApp Business, calls & emailsRespond to inquiries promptly and convert leads into bookingsGuide guests on verification, booking steps, property details & stay requirementsMaintain accurate calendars, availability & OTA listingsOperations CoordinationCoordinate with caretakers, housekeeping & the ops team for smooth check-ins/outsAssist with concierge services & upsell value-added offerings (airport transfers, decorators, experiences, etc.)Ensure property readiness before guest arrivalsRevenue, Reporting & Market InsightsAssist with pricing, discounts, taxes & promotional strategiesPrepare daily/weekly reservation reportsTrack competitor rates, market trends & upcoming high-demand periodsSupport relationships with travel agents, brokers & B2B partnersIssue Resolution & OTA HandlingHandle escalations professionally and empatheticallyCoordinate with OTA support (Airbnb, MMT, Booking.com, etc.) for disputes, adjustments & guest claimsEnsure swift and effective resolution of concerns🎯 What We’re Looking ForGraduate in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related fields1–3 years of experience in hospitality or reservationsExcellent spoken & written EnglishExperience with OTAs, PMS, WhatsApp Business & basic ExcelStrong organizational skills & ability to multitaskProblem-solving mindset with a calm, guest-first approachFlexibility to work weekends & holidays (rotational)✨ Why Join Us?Work with a premium, fast-growing hospitality brandYoung, supportive and high-performance teamGrowth opportunities across reservations, operations & revenue managementExposure to luxury villas, boutique residences & high-profile clientele
