Accounts Executives(Female)-for an Offshore Construction Co.in Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities1. Financial Transactions & Accounting Record and manage day-to-day financial transactions (accounts payable/receivable). Process invoices, payments, and expenses efficiently. Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements. Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments. 2. Financial Reporting & Analysis Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts. Generate MIS reports and analyze financial performance. 3. Taxation & Compliance Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable tax laws. Assist in preparing and filing tax returns. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data. 4. Payroll & Employee Reimbursements Process employee salaries and benefits. Handle reimbursement claims and deductions. Maintain payroll records and compliance with labor laws. 5. Coordination & Support Coordinate with vendors, clients, and financial institutions for payments and reconciliations. Liaise with internal teams for budgeting and financial approvals. Assist senior management in financial decision-making. Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, MBA – Finance) 2-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an engineering/manufacturing company. Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems). Skills Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple financial tasks.
