Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced digital marketing senior associate to develop, implement, and manage our company's digital marketing strategies. As a senior associate , you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through various digital channels. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and market trends to adjust marketing campaigns as needed.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Assist the team in the development of digital media plan options and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate budget control and flow of media activity and update client on the timeline/consistent basis
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of online media fundamentals, including media math, target audience development, and communication goals (reach/frequency)
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving campaign performance.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on campaign performance and addressing inquiries.
- Conduct client meetings to discuss strategy, performance, and future opportunities.
- Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of Google Marketplace Ads campaigns.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 2+ years of experience ( Agency background) with a masters degree in similar field
- Minimum a year team leading experience
- In-depth knowledge of full funnel of an ecommerce website
- Google & FB certification
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Should have handled budgets over 2CR for marketing campaigns
- Self-directed and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Project Management and multitasking
- Astute business sense and analytical ability with great articulation skills
