Position Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Graphy, you will gain hands-on experience in recruiting for a fast-paced B2B SaaS company. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support the end-to-end hiring process for both tech and non-tech roles. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn about sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talent in a growing startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for technical and non-technical positions. Utilize job boards, social media, and internal tools to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Interview Coordination: Help schedule and organize interviews for candidates, ensuring timely communication between hiring managers and candidates.
  • Candidate Engagement: Assist in communicating with candidates throughout the interview process, providing a positive candidate experience.
  • Job Postings: Write and post job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring they accurately represent the role, required skills, and company culture.
  • Applicant Tracking: Manage and update candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate records and smooth workflow.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with the preparation and coordination of new hire onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.
  • Research & Reporting: Conduct market research to understand talent trends in the SaaS industry and assist with compiling reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR and hiring managers to understand job requirements, team culture, and to help refine recruitment strategies for both technical and non-technical hiring.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, eager attitude and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous internship or experience in recruitment or human resources (preferred, but not required).
  • Exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR software.
  • An understanding of the SaaS industry and the types of roles typically hired for in tech and non-tech sectors.
