We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the design and development of high-performance robotic systems.



Job Responsibilities

  • Design and develop mechanical components and systems for robotic platforms.
  • Generate detailed technical drawings, 3D models, BOMs, and manufacturing specifications.
  • Conduct simulation and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to validate and optimize mechanical designs.
  • Liaise with vendors for the procurement of parts and materials, including shortlisting and evaluating vendors based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with runner boys to manage part delivery, quality control inspections, and post-processing tasks.
  • Manage hands-on testing and validation of designs, implementing iterative improvements based on results.
  • Collaborate with electrical and software engineers to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.
  • Use CAD software (SolidWorks or similar) for modeling, simulation, and prototyping.
  • Manage prototyping efforts, track production timelines, and liaise with vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Ensure all designs meet company standards and performance criteria.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate best practices into design processes.



Key Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in mechanical design and development.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks) and FEA tools such as Ansys.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of prototyping, manufacturing processes, and vendor management.
  • Project Management: Experience coordinating multiple projects and collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Location: Must be based in Noida, Delhi NCR, with easy commuting access to the office.
