The ideal candidate will combine design innovation with practical execution experience to deliver sustainable, functional, and visually appealing outdoor environments for our residential and commercial projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop conceptual and detailed landscape designs, master plans, and 3D visualizations.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to integrate landscape concepts with overall site planning.Prepare design presentations and proposals for internal and client approvals.Conduct site assessments, analyze environmental and climatic conditions, and recommend sustainable solutions.Coordinate with contractors and vendors during design development and project implementation.Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, safety, and sustainability standards.Develop maintenance and planting plans for landscaped areas.Stay updated with emerging design trends, new materials, and technologies in landscape architecture.Qualifications & SkillsB.Arch / M.Arch (Landscape Architecture preferred).10+ years of experience in landscape design, preferably with real estate developers or architecture consultancies.Proficiency in design and visualization tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong knowledge of horticulture, irrigation, sustainable landscape practices, and site planning.Excellent communication, client presentation, and project management skills.Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver within deadlines.Why Join UsOpportunity to design landmark residential and commercial landscapes.Work in a creative, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment.Exposure to large-scale real estate projects and innovative sustainable designs.hr.07@tnmhr.com / +91 9653237931
