dynamic, driven, and empathetic Counselors
who can consult, convert, and care — while delivering high-value education experiences.
What You'll Do
Engage with leads generated through campaigns, webinars & website inquiries.
Understand learner goals and recommend the right course fit.
Pitch premium programs and certifications that boost employability in finance.
Build strong rapport via calls, emails, and consistent follow-ups.
Own and exceed sales targets through consultative selling.
What We're Looking For
1–3 years in EdTech sales, career counseling, or consultative roles.
Excellent communication & persuasion skills.
Experience in selling high-ticket or premium education offerings (preferred).
Understanding of finance, investment banking, or accounting careers (a plus).
Proficient with CRM tools (like NPF/LSQ) and lead tracking.
Goal-driven with a passion for learner success.
