This role is designed for engineers with2–4 years of industry experienceinmobile app development using React Native , who are passionate about building impactful applications and mentoring students. The position combineshands-on coding expertisewithacademic responsibilities , including teaching, conducting labs, and guiding students in building scalablecross-platform mobile applications .Key Responsibilities: Course Development & Delivery:Teach and support modules onMobile App Development with React Native . Hands-on Labs:Conduct coding labs to help students build mobile applications forAndroid and iOS using React Native . Mentorship:Guide students in app design, state management, API integration, debugging, and deployment. Collaboration:Work with faculty and industry mentors to ensure the curriculum reflectsmodern React Native practices . Student Success:Support student projects, review code, and ensure graduates areindustry-ready mobile developers . Innovation:Encourage students to exploremodern libraries, performance optimization, and UI/UX best practices .Qualifications & Experience: 2–4 years of professional experienceinmobile app development using React Native . Strong proficiency inJavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and React Native . Experience withstate management (Redux, Context API, or Recoil) . Familiarity withAPI integrations, navigation, storage, and third-party librariesin React Native. Knowledge ofmobile app deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store . Ability toexplain React Native concepts clearlyto students.Good-to-Have: Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience. Familiarity withTypeScript, Expo, Firebase, and CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps . Understanding ofnative modules and bridging in React Native . Passion foreducation, mentoring, and student success .
