Role Description: Ecommerce Specialist Intern (Full-Time Internship)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Specialist Intern to join our team at Nestern. This is a paid, full-time internship for 3 months, with the potential for a full-time job offer upon successful completion of the internship period. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in managing and enhancing our ecommerce operations. You will contribute to key aspects of sourcing products, managing listings, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

As part of a dynamic startup environment, you’ll have the opportunity to learn and contribute across multiple areas of ecommerce, making a real impact as we grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and onboard suppliers, ensuring product alignment with Nestern's brand and quality standards.
• Manage and optimize product listings, including adding descriptions, pricing, tags, and images.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues and ensure timely product fulfillment.
• Monitor and update product catalogs to maintain data accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences to refine product offerings.
• Assist with team projects related to ecommerce operations and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and coordination abilities.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms like Shopify is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Enthusiasm for ecommerce, home goods, and startup environments.

Compensation

• ₹12,000 per month
