De (www.rangde.in) is a fintech startup that aims to revolutionize credit access for underserved communities by connecting individual lenders and borrowers together, cutting out the need for an intermediary, and offering highly customized and affordable loans than traditional lenders.Having pioneered the model in India in 2008, Rang De's purpose built technology platform has proved to be game changing for providing timely access to credit for thousands of farmers and entrepreneurs.We recently pivoted into an NBFC-P2P and have a highly differentiated model from other peer-to-peer lending platforms.We are a small team with big dreams and are seeking highly talented and experienced individuals to join us in this crucial role for expanding our impact and driving meaningful change in underserved communities.We are a small team with big dreams and are looking for talented individuals to join our passionate, mission driven team.Role: Lead, Social Investor Relations.Work mode: Remote ( Preferably based in Bangalore, not mandatory).Reports to: Co-founder, Rang De.Function: Investments & Partnerships.Role Overview:We are looking for a passionate and analytical individual for the Lead, Social Investor Relations role to build deep, trusted relationships with our HNI and retail investor community.This is a communications-meets-research role, ideal for someone who can fluently translate financial insights into compelling investor narratives, craft strategic communication, and personalize engagement based on investor interests and impact Engagement & Act as the primary point of contact for Rang Des HNI, family office, and retail investors.- Design and execute investor engagement campaigns (emails, newsletters, reports, dashboards) along with Content & Comms Team.- Generate new retail investor leads and HNIs for social investing.- Manage investor calls, presentations, and regular performance updates through Investments & Partnerships Team.Research & Conduct market and investor behavior research to shape outreach strategies.- Track investment patterns, cash flows, and portfolio trends to inform proactive engagement.- Curate personalized investment insights and reports for key stakeholders.Collaboration & Work closely with the Investments & Partnerships Team to design investor events, webinars, and meet ups.- Coordinate with product, impact, and operations teams to ensure data-driven, transparent communication.- Contribute to investor onboarding and education processes.Key Skills and Passion to make a difference in the Social impact space.- Tenacity & Resilience: Capacity to navigate challenges and remain focused on achieving outcomes in dynamic environments.- Detail-Oriented: Ability to dive deep into operational and credit-related details to ensure accuracy and efficiency.- Analytical Thinking: Strong understanding of data and the ability to draw actionable insights.- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.- Problem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful approach to resolving issues with innovative solutions.- Experience with CRMs, investor dashboards, or financial reporting tools.- Prior exposure to investor communications or impact Minimum 4 years of experience in Investor Relations, Private Wealth, Family Offices, HNI/UHNI or LP communications.- Strong understanding of financial products, investor psyche, and capital flows.- Education in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.- Strong research, analytical, and data storytelling abilities.- Comfort working in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment with cross-functional Work from Anywhere (WFA).- Competitive salary as per the social sector.- Additional 11 days leave for Vipassana Meditation.- Create sustainable social impact with your work.- A purpose-driven work environment with opportunities to create lasting social impact.- A supportive and dynamic team culture focused on growth and innovation.- Opportunities for professional development and field engagement.
