The Role :

Workday Data Mapping & Conversions

Key Responsibilities :

- Expected to be an SME

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform

- Responsible for team decisions

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

- Lead data mapping and conversion projects effectively

- Develop and maintain data mapping documentation

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the conversion process

Skills Required :

- Must To Have Skills Proficiency in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions

- Strong understanding of data integration concepts

- Experience with ETL tools for data transformation

- Knowledge of Workday HCM and Financials modules

- Hands-on experience in data migration projects

Qualifications & Experience :

- The candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions
