Role: HR Recruiter As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our engineering and manufacturing teams. You will be responsible for creating robust talent pipelines, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet our workforce needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering sector.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
