Lead Product Designer

Description : About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Lead Product Designer with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite to drive the design of user-centric digital products. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to delivery, ensuring an exceptional user experience across web, mobile, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate has strong design leadership experience, a deep understanding of UX/UI principles, and the ability to translate business goals into visually compelling and functional designs.Key Responsibilities : - Lead the product design vision and strategy for multiple digital products.- Mentor and guide a team of UI/UX designers, fostering creativity, collaboration, and design excellence.- Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure they are embedded in product development.- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.- Develop visually compelling interfaces using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, etc.- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions.- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive, user-friendly experiences.- Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides for consistency across products.- Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards (WCAG), responsive design principles, and cross-platform consistency.- Evaluate and implement design tools and processes to optimize workflow efficiency.- Partner with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into functional design solutions.- Present design concepts, workflows, and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.- Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals to deliver impactful solutions.- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.- Experiment with new design approaches, animation, and motion graphics to enhance user experience.- Promote a culture of design thinking and continuous learning within the team.Requirements & Qualifications : Education & Experience : - Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Fine Arts, or related field.- 710 years of experience in UI/UX or product design, with at least 23 years in a leadership role.- Proven track record of designing web and mobile applications with measurable user Skills : - Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, etc.- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design, motion graphics, and interactive prototypes.- Experience with prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe XD.- Solid understanding of responsive design, interaction design, accessibility standards, and usability principles.- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.- Knowledge of design systems, style guides, and component libraries (ref:hirist.tech)
