Job Title: Growth & Marketing AnalystWe are looking for a Growth and Marketing Analyst who will lead analytics-backed marketing initiatives to accelerate customer acquisition, engagement, and repayment performance across African fintech markets. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and technical skills (Python, SQL, PySpark) along with hands-on experience in customer segmentation, campaign design, and lifecycle-driven growth strategies.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.- 1-4 years of experience in data analytics, growth marketing, or fintech marketing analytics.- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark for data analysis, automation, and campaign analytics.- Hands-on experience in campaign analytics and design, customer segmentation, and managing end-to-end customer lifecycle programs.- Proven ability to create customer segments, design campaigns, execute lifecycle journeys, and measure campaign effectiveness.- Experience with Apache Zeppelin, Apache NiFi, and Metabase (Trino).- Expertise in cohort analysis, funnel analysis, A/B testing, and ROI optimization.- Strong business acumen in fintech-preferably with exposure to loan disbursals, collections, and customer lifecycle management.- Experience with SMS/CRM marketing automation platforms and customer communication tools.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across business, product, and technology Designed and executed end-to-end marketing strategies for a customer base of over a million users.- Spearheaded data-driven market strategies to drive user acquisition and optimize lifecycle engagement.- Built and automated customer cohorts and campaign workflows using PySpark, Python, and SQL; implemented dashboards to track ROI and performance metrics.- Engineered and executed growth strategies that led to significant increases in conversion rates and channel performance.- Ran A/B experiments across marketing channels to optimize campaign performance and user engagement.- Partnered cross-functionally with CRM, Product, and Technology teams for KPI tracking, compliance adherence, and continuous campaign optimization.- Ensured audit readiness and drove improvements in reporting, monitoring, and lifecycle-based marketing initiatives.
