Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly skilled Adobe Magento Certified Developer to bring expertise, creativity, and leadership to our growing team. This role will play a pivotal part in delivering custom e-commerce solutions, ensuring seamless user experiences, and optimizing platforms for performance and scalability. If you enjoy solving complex challenges in an agile environment and thrive on delivering impactful results, we want you on board

Key Responsibilities

- Hands on coding experience, in depth know-how of Magento architecture and its limitations (There will be a practical test on this during evaluation)

- Performance Enhancement: Optimize site performance, scalability, and security by implementing industry best practices (There will be a practical test on this during evaluation)

- Experience on Hyva Implementation is preferred.

- Develop and Optimize: Design, build, and maintain custom e-commerce websites and modules using Magento 2.4.x and beyond

- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: As we scale up our team, work closely with UI/UX designers, project managers, and QA teams to gather and refine project requirements.

- Customization and Integration: Customize Magento modules and integrate third-party APIs, plugins, and extensions to meet business requirements.

- Responsive Design: Ensure all platforms are responsive and mobile-friendly, delivering an exceptional user experience across devices.

- Code Quality: Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide robust, maintainable solutions.

- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing team culture.

- Support: Provide ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and technical support for existing e-commerce solutions.

What You Bring

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Adobe Certified Professional - Adobe Commerce Developer (or equivalent experience).

- Extensive hands-on experience with Magento 2.x development and architecture.

- Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and Ajax.

- Strong understanding of Magento’s backend, admin panel, and custom module development.

- Expertise in integrating and customizing third-party APIs, extensions, and plugins.

- Experience with responsive web design principles and mobile-first development.

- DevOps skill is mandatory

- Demonstrated problem-solving and debugging expertise.


Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with cloud hosting platforms such as AWS, Azure, Adobe Cloud or GCP.

- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools like Docker.

- Knowledge of SEO and accessibility standards in e-commerce.

- Understanding of agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.

Soft Skills:

- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- A collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.

- Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
