- We are seeking a results-driven and analytical FP&A Manager with at least 3 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic business analysis.
- The candidate will work closely with senior leadership to support decision-making by delivering insights through data-driven analysis, financial modeling, and performance tracking.
- The role also includes improving planning processes and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly MIS, financial dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze business performance and provide commentary on variances versus budget, forecast, and prior periods.
- Conduct cost analysis, identify financial risks and opportunities, and recommend actionable strategies.
- Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes across departments.
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and scenario analysis.
- Collaborate with business teams to align financial plans with operational strategies.
- Partner with senior leaders to drive financial strategy, support strategic planning, and investment decisions.
- Conduct working capital analysis, monitor capital expenditures (CapEx), and support ROI evaluations.
- Support business transformation initiatives through financial insights and tracking.
- Identify opportunities for automation and streamlining FP&A processes.
- Utilize tools such as Excel, Power BI, SAP, or other ERP/BI tools to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business units and the finance leadership team.
- Communicate complex financial concepts and trends to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- CA / MBA in Finance with 3+ years of post-qualification experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and exposure to ERP systems like SAP / Oracle / Workday.
- Experience working in a corporate FP&A function within sectors like manufacturing, IT, FMCG, or BFSI.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
