Role Title:Senior Project Manager – Salesforce & Marketing Tech Location:Remote (India) Shift Timing:4:00 PM to 1:00 AM ISTRole Summary:We’re looking for a dynamic and results-drivenSenior Project Managerwith proven expertise inSalesforce implementationandmarketing/operations technology platformssuch asTwilioandFindhelp . This role demands strategic collaboration with US-based teams, hands-on technical leadership, and a sharp eye for ROI-driven execution. If you're passionate about driving impact across cross-functional teams and thrive in Agile environments, we’d love to meet you. Key Responsibilities: Spearhead end-to-endSalesforce implementations , ensuring seamless integration and adoption. Lead deployment ofTwilio ,Findhelp , and other marketing/ops platforms to enhance outreach and engagement. Partner daily with US-based PMs to align on deliverables, timelines, and strategic goals. ApplyAgile/Scrum methodologiesto manage sprints, standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. Use tools likeMS Project ,JIRA , or equivalents to track progress and manage dependencies. Deliver weekly stakeholder reports covering project health, risks, and milestone achievements. Conductfinancial analysisto assess ROI, optimize budgets, and support executive decision-making. Drive strategic initiatives across departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Required Qualifications: Minimum5 years of total experience , including2–3 years in Salesforce implementation . Hands-on experience withTwilio ,Findhelp , and similar platforms. Comfortable workingUS shiftsand collaborating across time zones. Proficient inproject management tools(MS Project, JIRA, etc.). Deep understanding ofAgile/Scrum frameworks . Strong analytical mindset with experience inROI and financial impact assessments .
