JOB DESCRIPTION :

We actively seek an ServiceNow Architect, resident India (Bangalore/Hyderabad).

Position Summary :

The role of the ServiceNow Platform Architect is to ServiceNow Architect actively participates and supports our business initiatives by building reliable, efficient, scalable ITSM solutions using ServiceNow platform.

This role will play a key role in architecting ServiceNow Applications modules (Incident, Service Request, Change Request, problem management, Knowledge Management modules) based on Rimini's business needs.

ServiceNow Architect is involved in design and architecture of complex solutions on all levels, from standard ITSM tools, through custom built, in-house core platform setup, to integrations, automations, and orchestrations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

- Responsible to analyze, understand ITSM requirements for AMS business and provide a scalable, standardized architecture for ITSM Transformation.

- Analyze and understand business needs, business rules, workflows and provide a scalable, standardized architecture for ITSM transformation.

- Provide guidance to technical teams and technical architectural models & roadmap for ServiceNow platform.

- Collaborate with business & technical teams on architecture and design issues.

- Develop ServiceNow data model and structures, proposing and enforcing coding standards and convention across the development teams.

- Design, establish and implement ServiceNow security architecture.

- Manage strategic implementation roadmap and architecture blueprint.

- Work hand-to-hand with the ServiceNow platform admins, Integration Specialists, and developers to scale the ServiceNow platform in terms of performance, scalability, availability, and optimization.

- Provide technical best practices, standards, and design support for complex integration projects.

- Participate in or lead design workshops, development activities, and testing with stakeholders to deliver a future-proof and scalable solution suited to Rimini's ecosystem.

- Staying current on product developments/releases to provide guidance to admins and developers.

- Establish and manage technical governance processes for development and admin teams.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- ServiceNow Developer / Administrator / Implementation Specialist Certification a plus.

Experience :

- 8 - 10 years of experience in ServiceNow as developer, administrator, implementation specialist.

- Proven experience in ServiceNow implementations, acting as a Solution Architect.

- 5-7 years of related experience in developing ServiceNow, programming JavaScript, CSM, IT Service Management or other related technologies.
