Description :Job Title : Core Java DeveloperExperience : 5+ YearsLocation : Hyderabad, IndiaNotice Period : Immediate to 30 DaysUAN : Should be cleanJob Summary :We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Core Java Developer to join our development team in Hyderabad.The ideal candidate should have a solid background in designing and developing high-performance, scalable, and reliable Java-based applications.This role involves working on mission-critical systems where attention to detail, code quality, and performance are paramount.You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, business analysts, and other engineers to deliver robust software solutions aligned with business goals.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain Core Java-based applications with a focus on performance and scalability.- Write clean, efficient, and testable code following established coding standards and best practices.- Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and contribute to architecture decisions.- Conduct thorough unit testing and support system/integration testing as required.- Collaborate with team members for code reviews, knowledge sharing, and problem-solving.- Perform debugging, performance tuning, and continuous optimization of applications.- Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and participate in regular sprint ceremonies.- Maintain documentation of software design, code, and system configurations.Technical Skills Required :- Strong proficiency in Core Java (Java 8 or above is mandatory).- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and Design Patterns.- Expertise in Multithreading, Concurrency, and Collections Framework.- Good grasp of Memory Management, Garbage Collection, and JVM internals.- Experience in debugging tools, profiling, and performance optimization techniques.- Familiarity with build tools like Maven/Gradle and version control systems like Git.- Exposure to REST APIs, JSON, and basic SQL is a plus.- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies (ref:hirist.tech)
