This leadership role involves managing key accounts, developing and executing effective sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. You will oversee daily sales operations, analyze market trends, nurture customer and partner relationships, set ambitious sales targets, and ensure the team consistently achieves its goals. Collaboration with cross-functional departments will be critical to align sales initiatives with the companys broader growth Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.- Develop, implement, and refine sales strategies for technology platforms and complex solutions.- Manage and grow key customer and partner relationships to maximize revenue opportunities.- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports for senior management.- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.- Ensure efficient sales operations through process optimization and resource management.- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and negotiations to strengthen market & Skills:- Proven track record in selling technology platforms or complex technology solutions.- Strong leadership experience with the ability to inspire and drive a high-performing sales team.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to interpret market data and sales metrics.- Credentials from reputable organizations, with notable educational background and professional achievements.- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and manage diverse client and partner engagements.
