In this role as a Software Engineer, you will ensure that a system, product, or software meets the specified requirements and performs its intended functions, while minimizing defects, bugs, and other issues that can affect its performance, reliability, and safety.


  • Design, implement, and maintain robust CI jobs and pipelines using industry-standard tools like Jenkins, GitLab Pipelines, and GitHub Actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the software development lifecycle and ensure efficient code deployment processes.
  • Develop, debug, and optimize Java and Scala codebases to enhance product functionality and performance.
  • Utilize expertise in database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to design scalable and efficient data storage solutions.
  • Manage version control systems (VCS) including Git, GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket to facilitate collaborative development workflows.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of Big Data solutions and AWS cloud services.
  • Actively engage in continuous learning and exploration of new frameworks, tools, and technologies to improve team productivity and product innovation.


Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of professional experience in software engineering roles, with a focus on Scala and Java development, within map domain (preferred).
  • Proven expertise in setting up and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab Pipelines, or GitHub Actions.
  • Strong programming skills in Scala, with the ability to write clean, maintainable code.
  • Extensive experience working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
  • Proficiency in version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) and collaborative development workflows.
