Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist at Fun Play Systems Pvt Ltd in Mumbai. The specialist will be responsible for HR management, recruitment, communication, and employer branding tasks to attract and hire top talent for the company.

Qualifications
  • HR Management, Human Resources (HR), and Hiring skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in employer branding
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Experience in conducting interviews and assessments
  • Certification in HR practices is a plus
