Job Description:

We are currently seeking a seasoned Senior Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant to enhance our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your profound functional expertise to address intricate client challenges and guide our team in delivering effective solutions tailored to our diverse clientele.


Key Responsibilities:

• Functional Expertise: Demonstrate mastery in Dynamics 365 F&O functional aspects, providing innovative solutions to diverse client challenges.

• Mentorship and Team Support: Play a pivotal role in mentoring team members, providing guidance and insights to enhance their functional capabilities for client projects.

• Consulting Lifecycle Engagement: Participate actively in the consulting lifecycle, contributing expertise to different phases, including problem definition, solution proposal, and involvement in development, configuration, and deployment activities.

• Business Process Consulting: Lead business process consulting efforts, define problems and craft strategic solutions. Guide project teams to ensure adherence to project processes and deliverables.

• Client Engagement and Training: Contribute to proposal development, client training, and project scoping, showcasing your expertise in shaping valuable consulting solutions.

• Capability Building: Internally contribute to capability building by sharing insights and knowledge to enhance the team's functional skill set, staying ahead of the evolving global landscape.

Required:

Experience:

• Over 4 years of experience in implementing Microsoft D365 F&O or earlier versions.

• Over 2 years of experience in leading implementation/support teams.

Functional Focus:

• Implementation and support of Dynamics 365 modules, including AR, AP, Production Control, Master Planning, Product Information Management, etc.

• Additional experience in advance warehouse / warehouse management is a strong plus.

Module Operations:

• Design, configure, and test core Dynamics 365/AX Supply Chain modules.

Post-Implementation Support:

• Experience in post go-live customer support.

Cutover Expertise:

• Hands-on experience in phased cutover implementations, along with cutover planning.

Documentation and presentation skills:

• Preparation of Discovery Documents on various issues and functional specifications for customizations required for Dynamics 365 ERP implementations.

• Leading Conference Room Pilot (CRP) and system walkthrough presentations showcasing Microsoft D365 F&O's capabilities.
