This includes end-to-end testing of web, mobile, and backend systems with a focus on automation, scalability, and continuous improvement.This role requires strong technical proficiency in Playwright automation (Python/JavaScript), solid understanding of API testing, and proven experience in manual testing workflows within Agile environments.Key Responsibilities :1. Test Planning & Strategy :- Design and implement comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts for web, mobile, and API-based applications.- Collaborate with product, development, and business teams to define test scope, acceptance criteria, and quality goals.- Develop test data and maintain traceability matrices to ensure full coverage of business requirements.- Continuously optimize QA processes to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-market.2. Manual Testing :- Conduct thorough functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).- Validate insurance workflows such as policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, payments, and claims processing.- Perform exploratory testing to uncover hidden issues and improve system reliability.- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA or similar tools, and work with developers to ensure timely fixes.3. Automation Testing :- Build and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright (with Python or JavaScript).- Automate web UI, API, and end-to-end workflows to improve regression efficiency and consistency.- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) to enable continuous testing.- Regularly monitor and maintain automation scripts to ensure reliability across releases.4. Performance & API Testing :- Execute API testing for Kiwis backend microservices using tools like Postman, Swagger, or RestAssured.- Conduct performance and load testing (using JMeter or k6) to ensure scalable and reliable product performance.- Analyze system performance metrics and collaborate with developers and DevOps engineers to address bottlenecks.5.
