Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced CTERA Administrator to manage and support CTERA Enterprise File Services (Portal & Gateways) . The role requires deep expertise in cloud storage, backup, and enterprise data management solutions , with the ability to configure, optimize, and troubleshoot CTERA environments.

 Key Skills & Responsibilities

✅ Strong expertise in CTERA Administration (Portal & Gateways)

✅ Experience with file sync & share, cloud storage gateways, backup solutions

✅ Hands-on with Windows/Linux server administration

✅ Integration knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and SSO

✅ Familiarity with NAS/SAN, cloud storage, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)

✅ Good understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)

✅ Security, encryption, and compliance awareness

✅ Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) is a plus

✅ Excellent communication & ability to work independently in a remote setup
