The Labelling Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing the labeling process for all products intended for export. This role ensures that all products are correctly labeled according to client specifications, regulatory requirements, and company standards. The Labelling Executive works closely with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

Label Design and Compliance:


Develop and manage label designs to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Ensure all labels include necessary information such as product details, barcodes, country of origin, and handling instructions.

Stay updated on international labeling regulations and standards.


Label Production and Application:


Coordinate with the production team to schedule and prioritize labeling tasks.

Oversee the printing and application of labels on products and packaging.

Ensure labels are applied correctly and securely to avoid any issues during shipping and handling.


Quality Control:


Conduct regular inspections to ensure labels are accurate and meet quality standards.

Address and resolve any labeling errors or discrepancies promptly.

Maintain detailed records of labeling activities and inspections.


Inventory Management:


Monitor and manage label inventory to ensure sufficient stock levels.

Order new labels as needed to prevent any disruptions in the labeling process.
