Job Responsibilities
  1. Participate in the Web front-end development, upgrades, and maintenance of the insurance production website and event pages, ensuring the stability of front-end functionality and continuous optimization of user experience.
  2. Responsible for improving existing web products, including optimizing page performance, enhancing user experience, ensuring page response speed and availability, and meeting the high concurrency and high availability business requirements.
  3. Optimize and enhance website performance according to the insurance business requirements, ensuring that the site meets excellent technical standards and can handle high user traffic and concurrent access scenarios.
  4. Work closely with the back-end development team to ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end, improving the overall operation efficiency of the insurance CRM system.
  5. Ensure the security of front-end development in compliance with the insurance industry's regulatory requirements, avoid web security vulnerabilities, and ensure the privacy and security of user data.
Job Requirements
  • Solid foundation in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, with strong front-end development skills.
  • Familiar with and have experience in at least one of the mainstream front-end frameworks, such as React, Vue, or Angular, and capable of independently completing page development and optimization.
  • Familiar with the differences between mainstream mobile devices, with the ability to solve common compatibility issues, ensuring compatibility across multiple devices and platforms.
  • Strong web security awareness, familiar with common web security issues (such as XSS, CSRF) and defense measures, ensuring that front-end development meets industry security standards.
  • Highly responsible, proactive, strong learning ability, good at summarizing, and able to document front-end development processes and maintain good documentation practices.
  • Some experience in the insurance industry, understanding insurance business processes, capable of designing and developing front-end solutions based on business needs, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Bonus Points
  • NodeJS development experience preferred, with the ability to contribute to full-stack development and improve system scalability and performance.
  • WordPress front-end development experience preferred, with the ability to support and optimize front-end development for content management systems (CMS).
  • Experience in insurance CRM systems or financial-related web development preferred, with knowledge of front-end optimization requirements in high concurrency and high availability scenarios.
  • Experience in cross-team collaboration, able to work closely with product, design, and back-end teams to drive the front-end development and optimization of insurance CRM systems.
