This role requires strong biopharma domain expertise, advanced Python skills, and hands-on experience building cloud-scale data platforms that support bioinformatics, research, and clinical analytics.Key Responsibilities •Build and manage scalable data pipelines onAWSforbiopharma, bioinformatics , andclinicaldatasets •Design and optimizeanalytical data modelsusingAmazon Redshiftand complexSQL •Act as aPython expertto develop data transformation, validation, and automation frameworks •Integrate data frompre-clinical, clinical , andresearch systemsinto analytics-ready datasets •Collaborate withbioinformatics scientists ,clinical teams , and data science stakeholders •Ensuredata quality, performance,governance , andcomplianceinregulatedpharma environmentsRequired Skills •5+ yearsof experience in Data Engineering / Analytics Engineering •Strong experience withAWS(S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, IAM) •Advanced SQLexpertise for analytical and large-scale datasets •Python expertwith experience in data pipelines and automation •MandatoryBiopharma / Life Sciencesdomain experience •Hands-on exposure toPre-Clinical and Clinical dataPreferred Skills •Bioinformatics domain knowledge ( -omics[Genomics, Transcriptomics, Proteomics, Metabolomics, Epigenomics] , clinical trials, translational research ) •Experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services ( IICS ) •Familiarity withregulated environmentsanddata validationpractices
