Cavitak is a Value Added Technology Distribution Company, our Head Office is situated in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and our valuable team is in PAN India. Our work is divided into various verticals and distribution is our major vertical. Currently we are looking for an individual to join us as a ERP - Zoho Functional Consultant.


Role Description:

  • Develop workflows and automations to streamline business processes.
  • ⁠Understanding business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Assit and manage the end-to-end implementation of Zoho ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Configure and customize Zoho modules (HRMS, CRM, People, Payroll, Desk) to meet the unique needs of the organization.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using Zoho applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho Applications and ensure their optimal performance.


Who are we looking for:

  • Proven experience as an ERP Functional Consultant with specific expertise in Zoho modules (HRMS, CRM, People, Payroll, Desk).
  • Proficiency in Deluge scripting for Zoho customization.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Location: Ahmedabad ( On-site)
