The Evergrow Advisors team is looking for a marketing analyst to join our small team. Evergrow Advisors is a US based marketing firm, so this role will be completely remote. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic recommendations based off of his or her data analysis and market research. You will also track and analyze the performance of our marketing initiatives. Your analysis and recommendations will help make our marketing strategies more impactful and effective. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the outbound (sales and marketing) strategy for Evergrow Advisors and our clients

2. Build and refine lead lists using SaaS tools like Apollo.io and Clay.run

3. Develop outbound strategies aligned with client Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)

4. Set up and maintain cold email infrastructure

5. Launch and manage campaigns using tools such as Smartlead.ai

6. Track campaign performance and create comprehensive reports

7. Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and insights and client feedback


Qualifications:

- Excellent English language skills

- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills

- Willingness to learn

- Strong attention to detail


You must be willing to overlap at least 6 hours PST working hours from 8am PST onwards.
