Job Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Data Platform Lead with deep expertise in Python, API development, and GenAI technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing complex data solutions, coordinating effectively with infrastructure teams and customers, and solving challenging technical problems with creativity and precision.Key Responsibilities:- Hands-on Implementation: Architect, develop, and maintain scalable data platforms using Python, APIs, and modern data technologies. - GenAI Integration: Apply GenAI tools for code generation, SQL optimization, anomaly detection, and intelligent automation. - Infrastructure Coordination: Collaborate closely with infrastructure teams to ensure seamless deployment, scalability, and performance of data solutions. - Customer Engagement: Act as a technical liaison with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction. - Problem Solving: Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex data issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges. - Platform Modernization: Drive initiatives around cloud migration, real-time data processing, and AI-powered data monitoring. - Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative, innovative engineering culture.Required Qualifications:- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, software development, or platform architecture. - Strong proficiency in Python, RESTful API development, and microservices architecture. - Hands-on experience with GenAI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, Databricks AI functions). - Expertise in SQL performance tuning and query optimization. - Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern data stacks. - Strong coordination skills with infrastructure and customer-facing teams. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with data warehouse technologies (ClickHouse, Snowflake, BigQuery). - Familiarity with agentic AI systems and autonomous data monitoring. - Background in semiconductor, manufacturing, or high-tech industries. - Contributions to open-source projects or technical publications.
