Job DescriptionRole: SAP PP-QM Lead consultant Technical Skill Set: SAP PP-PI/QM Functional ConsultantExperience Range: 7 to 14 YearsLocation: BangaloreDesired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency):Strong experience in SAP PP or PP-PI and QM in Pharma industries At least 1 full cycle implementation in S/4HANA in as well as projects where SAP PP or PP-PI has been implementedAbility to work with multi-lingual and multi-cultural teams with Excellent communication skillsExperience in interfacing with Manufacturing execution systemsMust be results oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude – adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulnessPreferable to have Pharma Domain KnowledgeKey Responsibilities:Facilitate the implementation of SAP S/4HANA PP-PI (Production Planning - Process Industry) and integrate with other S/4HANA modules such as Quality Management, Warehouse and Maintenance.Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirementsAble to Design, customize, configure, testing of PP-PI processesPrepare and conduct workshops to collect business requirements. Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy business requirementsDocument functional designs, test cases & Perform Unit Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing and Regression Testing of objectsAct as a liaison between the business functions cutting across various countries, functional and technical teams.Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutionsAble to perform Data Migration (data mapping, trial loads) for PP-PI objects including cut-over activities
