Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Solutions Architect with a deep understanding of startup culture, ideally with a background from tier-1 colleges, HRMS product companies, or renowned product organisations. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable HR solutions, collaborating closely with Project Managers, HR Domain Product Managers, and PMOs. This position reports directly to our Technical Leadership team, with dotted-line reporting to PMOs and Domain Experts.


Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture Design & Development: Lead the architectural planning and development of scalable, efficient, and secure solutions using .NET Core, SQL databases, and document databases.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, HR domain experts, product managers, and PMOs to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with ZingHR’s strategic goals.

• Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide developers, establishing best practices in coding, code optimisation, and efficient database querying.

• Documentation & Communication: Create comprehensive technical documentation and communicate effectively across teams to ensure clarity and alignment.

• Performance Optimisation: Focus on query optimisation and database efficiency to enhance system performance and scalability.

• Values Alignment: Uphold and align with ZingHR’s core values, focusing on delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in a solutions architect role, ideally with 5+ years in total, working in startups, HRMS companies, or established product organisations.

• Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core, NodeJS, SQL databases, document databases(Mongo/Cockroach), and query optimisation.

• AI & Chatbot Expertise: Experience with AI chatbots and GPT-based solutions is a plus.

• Leadership Abilities: Proven leadership skills, with a focus on fostering collaboration, best coding practices, and technical mentorship.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with technical writing capabilities to document architectural decisions and technical requirements.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree from a tier-1 college (preferred) not a must.

• Alignment: Passionate about contributing to a collaborative culture and driving high-quality, user-focused HR solutions.


Reporting Structure:

This role has a dotted-line reporting structure to the PMOs and Domain Experts.
