Job Description:

  • IT Helpdesk support remotely, need to have knowledge on Computer, Printer, Thermostat etc.
  • Troubleshooting Network/ISP issues
  • Initial troubleshooting steps
  • Resolving Desktop issues, Install/uninstall software’s
  • Verify setup procedures were completed/recompleted
  • Resetting Email/Passwords
  • New Computer Setup / New Hardware Setup
  • Aware of Network Troubleshooting related to Cameras
  • Additional project assigned and able to assist team on another task
  • Ability to work in cross functional areas to identify solutions to problem areas and project issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Attention to detail and pride in accuracy
  • Anticipate problems and recommending solutions
  • Have good MS Excel Skills is plus


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or similar are highly desirable.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of 1 to 3 Years in a helpdesk or technical support role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills in English is Mandatory.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Familiarity with network and server administration.
