Strong Experience in Python, AI/ML, Databases and Clouds (AWS). Good understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures. Proficiency in database design (SQL and NoSQL), caching strategies, and API design. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and monitoring tools.Good to have skills: Media Domain ExperienceRoles & Responsibilities: Architectural Leadership: Design and evolve backend architecture for scalability, performance, and reliability. Define best practices for microservices, APIs, data modeling, and system integration. Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools.Technical Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architecture with business goals. Lead technical reviews, code audits, and performance tuning. Ensure security, compliance, and data privacy standards are met.Mentorship & Collaboration: Mentor backend engineers and promote engineering excellence. Facilitate knowledge sharing and technical documentation. Work closely with DevOps, QA, and frontend teams to ensure seamless delivery.Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies. Drive innovation through proof-of-concepts and technical prototypes. Continuously improve system design and development processes.
