We are now looking for a Software Tester (Manual) to work closely with our designers and developers to ensure high-quality delivery.Role OverviewAs a Software Tester at Jayam Web Solutions, your main responsibility is to test websites, web applications, and software modules developed by our team. You will identify issues, suggest corrections, coordinate with designers & developers, and ensure the final output is smooth, error-free, and user-friendly.This role is suitable for:Freshers with basic testing knowledgeCandidates who have completed testing trainingCandidates returning to work after a breakAnyone with good attention to detail and willingness to learnKey ResponsibilitiesTest websites and web applications developed by our teamCheck design issues, functionality issues, mobile responsiveness, UI/UX issuesIdentify and report bugs/defects clearly with screenshotsCoordinate with designers & developers and follow up on fixesVerify fixed issues and ensure there are no new issuesTest on different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari)Test on different devices (Desktop, Tablet, Mobile)Ensure pages load fast and user experience is smoothMaintain simple testing documents (status, findings, corrections list)Assist in final review before client demo or deliveryRequired Skills / Qualifications0 to 3 years experience (internship or training also acceptable)Basic knowledge of:Manual testingChecking UI/UXMobile responsive testingSDLC & STLC fundamentalsGood communication skillsGood observation skillsAbility to identify mistakes clearlyBasic computer knowledgeStrong willingness to learnOptional Skills (Not Mandatory but a Plus)Knowledge of any defect tracking tool (Jira, Trello, etc.)API testing (Postman) – basic understandingBasic automation exposure (Selenium)Basic HTML/CSS understandingExperience testing eCommerce, CRM, or web portalsWhy Join Jayam Web Solutions?Work with a 19-year experienced companyFriendly team with proper training supportOpportunity to grow into QA Lead or Project CoordinatorLearn real-time testing on multiple projectsImmediate joining availableJob TypeFull-time, PermanentJob Location Chennai Tambaramwww.jayamwebsolutions.com
