We redefine industrial automation through innovative technologies, smart strategies, and service excellence ensuring seamless production, minimal downtime, and maximum efficiency.Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Automation Trainer with strong field knowledge in PLC, SCADA, HMI, and drives, who is passionate about mentoring and technical training.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct practical and theory sessions on Industrial Automation (PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Networking). - Develop and update training materials and lab modules. - Guide trainees in real-time project execution and troubleshooting. - Assess learner performance and provide feedback.Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of hands-on field experience in industrial automation. - Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens / Allen Bradley / Delta / Schneider, etc.). - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Teaching or training experience is an added advantage. - Diploma / B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics.Salary: As per industry standardsJoin our team and help shape the next generation of automation engineers
