Fast Formulas:Develop, test, and maintainFast Formulasto meet client-specific requirements. Custom Solutions:Design and implement custom integrations, extensions, and reports to enhance system functionality. Client Collaboration:Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored technical solutions. Post-Go-Live Support:Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize technical solutions for improved performance.Ideal Candidate: Experience:3-5 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM technical modules. Implementation Expertise:Completed at least3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations with a focus on Technical deliverables . Technical Skills:Hands-on expertise inOIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and Fast Formulas . Problem-Solving:Strong analytical skills to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
