Summary :

Bitkraft Technologies LLP is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our software engineering team. You will be looking into the end-to-end delivery of projects, client communications, team statuses for our web & mobile development projects of our custom services business.

Job Description :


As a Junior Project Manager, you should be comfortable with technology projects for web and mobile and be a bridge between various stakeholders on the project. A background on software development is essential. If you love working in a fast-paced environment for solving business challenges, we would like to meet you.

Experience : 1 - 3 years


Job Location : Fort, Skills :


- Knowledge and working with JIRA, Github Projects or any other project management tools


- Maintaining client relationships


- Manage team allocations


- Vendor management


- Adept at managing multiple projects at a time


- Proven organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.


- Strong verbal and written communication skills.


- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.


- PMP certification or willingness to pursue certification is desirable.


Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.


- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.


- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals are achieved.


- Track project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.


- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.


- Identify and resolve issues and risks that may impact project timelines and outcomes.


- Support the Project Manager in monitoring project budgets and expenditures.


- Assist in evaluating project performance and implementing improvements.


- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding project management methodologies.
