Job Description:

We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategically focused Vice President to establish and lead our new office in India. This individual will be responsible for all India operations, including hiring, talent development, project delivery, and business development. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, particularly in Microsoft Fabric, as well as a proven track record in managing large teams and driving operational efficiency. This role presents an opportunity to grow into the Senior Vice President of India Operations.


Responsibilities

  1. Establish Office Presence: Collaborate with our USA office to establish a strong and effective presence in India, including the development of operational frameworks and processes.
  2. Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of India operations, including hiring, talent development, employee coaching, project delivery, office management, growth planning, business development, mentoring, and employee retention.
  3. Leadership Role: Serve as a key member of the management team, contributing to the strategic direction and vision of CoPoint.
  4. Growth and Development: Position the role for growth into the Senior Vice President of India Operations, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  5. Microsoft Fabric Leadership: Lead our Microsoft Fabric practice in India, driving innovative solutions and ensuring excellence in service delivery.
  6. Technical Expertise: Leverage expertise in Power BI, ETL processes, Data Factory, Data Science tools, and predictive modeling to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
  7. Team Building: Recruit, develop, and mentor top talent to build a high-performing team that aligns with CoPoint’s organizational goals and values.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a leadership role within technology consulting, preferably with Microsoft or a Big 4 firm.
  • Proven track record of managing operations and driving growth within a technology-focused organization.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Fabric and related technologies, including Power BI, ETL, and Data Science tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and mentor teams.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
