The ideal candidate will also have working knowledge ofLinux, Oracle , andSQL Databases . This is a hybrid role requiring strong software development skills with the ability to work ondata integration, analytics, and backend systems . The role demands an analytical mindset, deep understanding of enterprise software architecture, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities (Core Skill sets): Design, develop, and maintainenterprise-grade backend systemsusingCore Java and Spring Boot . Deploy and manage Java applications onJBoss application server . Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices. Collaborate with architects, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions. Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning of applications. Secondary Responsibilities: Design and optimize complexSQL queriesand stored procedures to support application requirements. Develop and maintainPower BI dashboards and reportsfor business users. Build and maintaindata pipelines using Python and PySparkin distributed environments. Perform data cleansing, transformation, and integration from various sources. Preferred Skills: Work inLinux environmentsfor scripting, deployment, and server maintenance. UtilizeOracle and SQL Server databasesfor application and data storage. Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring high availability and performance. Required Skills & Qualifications: Must Have (Core Skillsets): 8–12 years of strong hands-on experience inCore Java (collections, multithreading, memory management) . Proficient inSpring Bootframework for RESTful API development. Experience withJBoss/WildFlyfor application deployment and configuration. Good to Have (Secondary Skillsets): Strong inSQLand experience withrelational databases(Oracle, SQL Server). Working knowledge ofPower BIfor data visualization and reporting. Proficient inPythonandPySparkfor data processing and ETL tasks. Preferred: Familiarity withLinux shell scriptingand server-side operations. Experience working withOracle databases , including performance tuning and query optimization. Understanding ofDevOps pipelines , CI/CD, and automated testing is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Strong attention to detail and quality. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inComputer Science, Information Technology , or related field.
