Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Lead with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, including significant hands-on expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) development and delivery.

As an AI Lead, you will play a key role in driving the development, deployment, and delivery of AI solutions, working closely with the AI Architect and cross-functional teams to ensure that AI models are optimized for performance and scalability.

You will also be responsible for managing AI development teams, guiding them through complex AI challenges, and ensuring the timely and successful deployment of AI-driven products and services.

Key Responsibilities :

AI Development & Execution :

- Lead the development of AI models and solutions, with a focus on Generative AI technologies (GPT models, transformers, etc.

- Collaborate with data science, ML engineering, and software development teams to ensure the seamless integration of AI models into production systems.

- Take ownership of the AI solution lifecycle from ideation, model development, testing, and deployment.

Generative AI (GenAI) Implementation :

- Develop and fine-tune GenAI models for various applications, such as natural language understanding (NLU), computer vision, and predictive analytics.

- Ensure that AI models are optimized for real-world performance, including latency, accuracy, and scalability.

- Regularly evaluate GenAI model performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.

AI Team Leadership :

- Provide hands-on technical leadership to the AI team, mentoring junior engineers and data scientists in AI methodologies and best practices.

- Manage the day-to-day activities of AI development, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality expectations.

- Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to align AI solutions with business objectives and customer needs.

AI Delivery & Deployment :

- Ensure the successful deployment of AI models, using cloud platforms and containerization techniques (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Implement MLOps best practices to automate the AI pipeline, ensuring continuous integration, testing, and deployment of AI models.

- Work with infrastructure teams to design AI deployment environments that ensure scalability, security, and compliance.

AI Research & Innovation :

- Keep abreast of the latest AI trends, techniques, and tools, with a specific focus on Generative AI advancements.

- Experiment with and implement cutting-edge AI algorithms, continually pushing the boundaries of AI innovation.

Key Requirements :

Education : Bachelor's/Master's/PhDin Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience : 8+ years of experience in AI, with a focus on machine learning and deep learning.

- Strong experience in Generative AI (GenAI) and associated technologies (transformers, GPT, etc.

- Experience in end-to-end AI solution development, from model design to deployment.

- Proficient in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools for model deployment.

Skills :

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Scala, or similar.

- Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, data structures, and model optimization techniques.

- Strong team leadership skills with experience in mentoring and managing AI/ML engineers.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications in AI/ML-related fields.

- Experience working in AI research or publishing papers in top AI conferences/journals
