Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Embedded Software Engineer with proficiency in Japanese to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embedded systems and be capable of navigating both English and Japanese technical environments.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement software for embedded devices and systems from concept to production.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

- Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to enhance system performance and reliability.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software designs and interfaces.

- Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience in embedded software development, with proficiency in C/C++/C# programming.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills in both Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) and English.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Knowledge of hardware-software integration and debugging tools.

- Prior experience working in a multicultural or international team setting.
