Ltd.🕒 Experience Required: 2+ Years💼 Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site✨ Department: Creative StudioAbout KlubennKlubenn is a next-generation performance marketing and creative intelligence agency helping brands scale faster through data-driven storytelling, AI-powered media strategies, and high-impact creative execution.We work with global brands across lifestyle, e-commerce, fintech, real estate, and technology — blending creativity, analytics, and automation to build campaigns that deliver real business outcomes.We are expanding our Creative & Production Team and are looking for a high-energy Video Editor who can blend vision with fast-paced social-first editing and AI tools to create scroll-stopping content.Key ResponsibilitiesConceptualize, edit, and produce engaging videos for Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok/Reels, brand films, landing pages, and performance campaigns.Use AI tools (Runway, Pika Labs, Descript, Sora, HeyGen, Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate editing, generate assets, and enhance production quality.Plan and execute short-form creative variations for A/B testing across performance channels.Collaborate with the performance team, designers, and creative strategists to align content with campaign goals.Add motion graphics, sound design, transitions, VFX, and color grading to elevate storytelling.Create high-quality edits optimized for different placements (Reels, Stories, YouTube, , Ads).Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight timelines.Stay updated with new content trends, editing styles, AI tools, and advertising best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications2+ years of professional experience in video editing & post-production.Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar.Hands-on experience using AI video tools (Runway, Pika Labs, Descript, Sora, HeyGen, etc.).Strong understanding of motion graphics, typography, transitions, and creative storytelling.Ability to create short-form, high-impact videos for social media and ad campaigns.Strong sense of timing, pacing, music selection, and aesthetics.Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment.A portfolio or showreel is mandatory.Nice-to-HaveExperience working with brands in e-commerce, lifestyle, real estate, or tech.Understanding of performance marketing creatives and what drives CTR/CVR.Knowledge of AI content generation workflows (automations, template-based editing).Basic understanding of ad formats: Meta ads, UGC-style ads, hooks, CTAs, retention curves.What We OfferOpportunity to work at one of the fastest-growing AI + Performance Marketing Agencies.Work on high-budget creative campaigns for Indian and International brands.Access to premium AI tools and creativity-enhancing technologies.A collaborative culture that values experimentation, innovation, and speed.Competitive salary based on skill, experience, and creativity.Fast growth opportunities as we scale the creative team.
