The ideal candidate must be proficient in modern AI-powered development tools such as Windsurf.ai, Cursor.ai, OpenAI APIs, and other AI-assisted coding platforms. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications while leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and code quality. Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy backend applications usingNode.js and Python . Integrate AI APIs (e.g.,OpenAI, LangChain, or similar AI services ) into applications. Utilize tools likeWindsurf.ai, Cursor.ai, and AI-assisted IDEsto optimize development workflows. Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-based solutions. Collaborate with front-end developers, product teams, and designers to deliver end-to-end solutions. Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices. Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance and scalability. Stay updated on emerging AI development tools and frameworks to enhance productivity. Required Skills & Qualifications:3 years of experiencein backend development usingNode.js and Python . Strong understanding ofJavaScript (ES6+), asynchronous programming, and event-driven architecture . Experience withAI tools like Windsurf.ai, Cursor.ai, OpenAI API , and similar platforms. Hands-on experience inAPI development, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and version control (Git) . Familiarity with cloud platforms likeAWS, Azure, or Google Cloudis a plus. Knowledge of containerization tools ( Docker, Kubernetes ) is an advantage. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications:Experience working withAI/ML-based applications or automation workflows . Understanding ofprompt engineering , AI-assisted coding, and API-based AI integration. Familiarity with frameworks likeExpress.js, FastAPI, Flask, or Django . Experience withCI/CD pipelines and deployment automation . Soft Skills:Strong communication and collaboration skills.
