Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused
Customer Support Executive
to join our growing team in
Gurugram . The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner. Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently and effectively. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times. Update customer records and document interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer issues. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office is an advantage. Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively. Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
