As the store network scales rapidly, the company is looking for a dynamic leader to drive growth and build robust, future-ready operations.Role OverviewAs the State CEO, you will be the architect and executor of the network rollout across your region. You will own expansion strategy, new market entry, franchise partner success, and operational playbook designlaying the foundation for high-performance, customer-centric stores at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesNetwork Expansion & Market Entry- Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy for rapid city- and state-level expansions.- Identify high-potential catchments; own end-to-end new store launches, including site selection, franchisee onboarding, and operational readiness.Franchise Operations & Process Excellence- Build, standardize, and scale SOPs to ensure consistent store formats, service quality, and 15-minute (or equivalent) delivery SLAs where applicable.- Design franchise partner onboarding frameworks and tailored training programs for store teams.Organizational Leadership- Lead and develop a high-performing team of regional and state operations managers.- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous process Collaboration- Partner with logistics, tech, supply chain, marketing, and product teams to enable seamless store setup and efficient, scalable operations.- Leverage technology to improve operational visibility, efficiency, and customer experience.Candidate Profile- Experience: 5+ years in multi-unit retail, city expansion, franchise-led operations, or FMCG/omnichannel businesses, with prior success in scaling operations across diverse, distributed geographies.- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage large field teams, drive execution discipline, and motivate for high performance.- Execution-oriented: Hands-on approach; thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced, high-growth environments.- Process builder: Proven strength in establishing robust SOPs and playbooks to support rapid and repeatable expansion.- Analytical/tech-savvy: Strong data-driven mindset; able to partner on tech solutions for operational success.- Adaptable communicator: Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills; comfort in bridging on-ground teams with central leadership.- Market insight: Understanding of Tier 2/3 city nuances, including regional customer and franchisee dynamics.- Preferred: Experience with modern trade, quick commerce, grocery/FMCG retail, or franchise expansion in the Indian context.What We Offer- Opportunity to drive large-scale impact and shape the next phase of retail and franchise success in India.- Entrepreneurial, high-growth environment with end-to-end ownership.- Competitive compensation and performance-linked incentives.
